Education Recruitment Manager – London

This position is for an education recruitment manager to join an international teacher recruitment agency

This is an opportunity to take over a 300 day a week desk which will be split between you and your team.

The role has come about due to the current manager going into a different line of work.

Ideally, the agency would like to take a full team on to manage and develop the business a team consisting of a manager and up to 4 recruitment consultants.

The desk is a healthy mix of Primary and Secondary covering two distinct geographical areas in and around Hertfordshire and Berkshire.

An important first task will be to evaluate the current business, meet with the current user schools and build bonds that you can develop over time.

Managers are given a great deal of autonomy in how to manage their staff and you don’t need to push sales call targets or micromanage, its the end result that matters and how you get the is down to you.

There is a comprehensive compliance team in place team freeing up your time to focus on your clients and candidates

This agency has invested heavily in attracting overseas teachers so has a constant stream of overseas teachers ready to be placed into schools.

All applicants must have education recruitment experience at Manager level or Senior consultant level. The business can be run from either a Central London branch or their Hertfordshire branch.
