Senior Healthcare Recruiter-Colchester

This position is for a healthcare recruitment consultant who will be joining an established Healthcare agency based on the campus of Colchester University.

This healthcare agency will be a opening new branch in addition to their London HQ branch. Due to continued growth and increased framework agreements, it made sense to open an additional branch.

The branch will be managed by an existing manager who has relocated to Colchester and will head up this project, they come with many years of experience within healthcare recruitment which has helped them and grow business and build successful teams.

As this is a new project it’s important the first addition to the team has a sound recruitment background, training can be given if you are out of sector the most important element it to get the right person, with the right attitude and commitment to establish this new branch.

This is an agency that has been at the forefront of healthcare recruitment for 20 years allowing them to expand into Nursing, Doctors, Care, AHP/HSS, and education.

You will have plenty of warm business to work on as they are on many frameworks and PSL’s, there is ample opportunity to also supply into the private sector by providing staff to hospitals and care homes across the UK.

The role will develop as new people come into the branch, you will be the right-hand person to the manager and will help with training and developing new staff and deputising as manager if they are out of the office.

The COVID pandemic has changed many things including how we now work so with that in mind they are open to flexible working.

This is a 360° position so you will be dealing with candidates and clients throughout the whole recruitment cycle. Compliance with be dealt with via the HQ.
