Education Recruitment Manager – Hertfordshire
This position involves taking over a very warm and substantial amount of business for a teacher recruitment and supply agency.
This is an award-winning, established education recruitment agency with branches across the UK and overseas
The position has come about due to the current manager seeking an alternate career path, there will be a full and comprehensive handover
Currently, the desk sits around 300 days which are all long term there is also some day to day business on top of that.
The 300 days are to split between a team consisting of the manager and up to 4 consultants if you could bring a team with you that would be the ideal scenario.
The business is a mix of Primary and Secondary covering two distinct geographical areas.
As a manager, you will oversee your team and a portion of the days.
There will be monthly paid commission on the business, the commission structure has no threshold and starts at 10% going through to 30%, there are additional monthly bonuses and a manager override, you will also get an individual commission or your own desk.
You would report directly to the Head of education.
Managers have the autonomy to use their own management style, there is no call KPI’s if you achieve your gross profit target that is the main thing they look at. They do not promote Micromanagement
There is a full compliance team meaning consultants and managers spend less time with compliance related issues and have more quality time to focus on clients and candidates
This is an international agency with a very strong pipeline of overseas teachers coming from abroad.
They have a very good candidate attraction team meaning you can fill roles quickly with quality teachers. Processes are streamlined meaning a quick turnaround from interviewing a teacher to placement.

All applicants must have education recruitment experience. The business can be run from either a Central London branch or the Hertfordshire branch
