This position is for an experienced Education recruiter to join an established agency based in Leeds.

This is an agency that has been initially established as a healthcare supply agency and over the years added several other stand-alone recruitment verticles with education in the last couple of years being added.

Currently, there is a small team of 4 including compliance and resourcing with the Director for this division whilst building a SEN desk and acting as branch manager which is something they will step away from with the new person coming in being trained up to replace them.

Depending on your experience will depend on what level you come in at ultimately working towards Director level. The salary is between £30,000 – £45,000 with a commission structure that starts at 10% and goes through to 30%.

You will be offered lots of training and fast track development the only limitation is how well you do, somebody that over archives will gain promotion quicker your progress isn’t time-gated.

Your desk will cover an area within Yorkshire and can be Primary, Secondary or SEN. You will have access to all major job boards

This agency is very family-friendly orientated and understands a good work/home life balance.

The office is 11 strong consisting of several recruitment sectors with room to grow to 20, any additional staff for your team you will have full control over.

you will have the freedom to run with your ideas and a great deal of autonomy to run your desk how you want to. You will be “lightly” managed, lose KPI’s are in place for structure and guidance you won’t be told to make calls or go on visits these are things you can plan yourself.

This is a 360 ° however you will have a compliance and resourcer person working for you.

If you are currently receiving a commission payment, guarantees can be put in place for your first 6 – 12 months so you don’t miss out when you first start.

An attractive basic salary exceeding your current one will also be offered with milestones to increase once you produce a pre-agreed number of days a week on your desk.
