Education Recruitment Resourcer – Stratford

This is a position for an Education Recruitment Resourcer for an agency based in Stratford London.

The role will be heavily focused on advertising for Teachers and Support Staff and ensuring that all the relevant quality checks have been done prior to them being supplied to schools.

You will be working in a large resourcing team helping to attract new teachers and support staff which the Primary, Secondary and SEND teams will later supply to schools once you have ensured they have been thoroughly vetted and cleared to work.

This would be an ideal opportunity for somebody that has worked within a recruitment agency or a recruiter that wants to move away from the sales side of recruitment.

This will be joining a very busy, successful and friendly team, you will have plenty of support, training, and development.

Along with your basic salary you will also receive a bonus based on the number of teachers that you have sourced, cleared and which have started working.

The role of Resourcer is very important as you will be supporting the sales Consultants in finding them quality candidates –  having a great Teacher available is a great way to approach a new school and also grow current business

Each year the Directors take the whole company for a long weekend abroad which will give you the opportunity to meet other people from other branches across the country.
