Education Recruitment Perms Consultant – work from home
This role is for an experienced recruitment consultant that will be supplying teachers into permanent positions across the UK
The role offers 100% working from home with regular Zoom / Team calling with your manager for catch-ups and support and planning.
This will be working for a very established education recruitment agency with multiple branches across the UK and abroad.
All the positions you will be permanent placements
The hours of work are 8.00 am – 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
You will be provided with a laptop, phone, and access to the CRM remotely.
You will have a great deal of autonomy and trust and you will be supported by your manager who is there to guide and support you.
To help you with your recruiting of teachers you will have access to all major job boards and avenues to attract teachers.
Qualities and skills required for this position
- Excellent communicator
- Experienced in education recruitment
- Organized, self-driven and professional
- Have a keen eye for detail with the ability to think and react quickly
