This is a position for a Healthcare recruitment manager to join an established Healthcare recruitment agency in Leeds.

This is open to current recruitment managers or somebody looking for the next step up into management, full training and development with be provide for those that show management potential.

This specialist Leeds office supplies qualified Nurses, Health care assistants, and support staff to Hospitals, Nursing homes, mental health units mainly in the private sector with some supply to the NHS.

They are on all the major frameworks in the area.

The branch is currently being managed by the regional manager who will give the successful applicant a full and concise handover.

Currently, you will have two members of staff to manage this will grow significantly as the business develops.

The ideal candidate will come from a recruitment background, have experience managing people, and a proven track record with their billings, you will be leading from the front so engaging with clients and candidates over the phone and on visits will be a pivotal part of your job.

The office is located outside the city centre so plenty of room for parking.

The basic salary is up to £35,000 + commission + BMW 5 series car, laptop, and phone.

On target earnings (OTE) year one £55,000, year two and three £60,000 – £70,000

The commission structure is paid monthly and goes up to 15%.

Hours of work are 40 hours a week Monday to Friday 8.30 -5.30 as with most types of recruitment there is also an on-call phone which can be equally assigned between staff.

This will be a great opportunity for somebody that is passionate, determined, and career-minded, you have all the tools to develop the branch further and a very supportive regional manager.
