Perms Recruitment Consultant – Manchester

This position is for a Healthcare / Social care recruitment consultant placing candidates from the healthcare and social care sector into permanent positions.

This will be joining a fresh vibrant team based in Manchester city centre, car allowance is a benefit you will be given.

Due to the nature of the role, you will need to come for a recruitment background ideally with experience placing candidates into permanent roles.

There are 2 specialist desk available, Adult social care and children’s social care, each one offers an intriguing and varied desk

The desks cover fostering, care homes, social care workers, middle management, Allied healthcare professionals, and education.

Typically, fees are £6500 for each placement and you will have the flexibility to negotiate fees with clients.

This is a 360° position you will have warm clients to work with and you will be given all the tools to attract top-quality candidates, this is a company that has created a relaxed working environment so there is not a focus on hitting sales calls or high KPI’s.

You will be working alongside a senior member of staff who will guide, train and develop you whilst giving you any support you may need.

The hours of work are 8.30 – 5.30

The salary is up to £25,000 + commission which starts at 15% and goes up to 25%. There is also a quarterly bonus of 5%
