Healthcare Recruitment Consultant – West London

This is a position for a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant.

The position is available because the Branch Manager will be handing over their desk to focus on other areas of the company. The desk will is very warm with many long term loyal clients and a very healthy pool of candidates to work with.

Your role will be placing care workers into temporary, long term and permanent positions within Nursing homes, residential units, councils through framework agreements and private clients.

The agency has secured several contracts to supply to several frameworks across the country meaning an abundance of vacancies to work on. There is also a healthy database of current candidates to work with built up over several years.

To apply for the role, you must have healthcare recruitment experience or come from a similar sector such as social care or education recruitment.

The role will be very autonomous, you can run your desk with a high degree of support and freedom. There are no rigid KPI’s or targets to hit.

There will be an initial hand over phase from the manager, this will involve meeting several key clients.

They work sensible office hours 9am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday. No early starts or late finishes. There is an on-call phone which is shared equally through the office.

The office is easily accessible with free parking close by.
