Senior Education Recruitment Manager – South West London
This is a position for a non billing Education Recruitment Manager for a teacher supply agency in London. The agency has been firmly established for over ten years and has a solid reputation in the Education Recruitment sector.
The basic salary for the role of Senior Recruitment Manager is up to £100,000 plus commission with an incentive of equity within the business and profit growth related bonuses.
The role is very “hands-on” you will work closely with the various teams which include Sales, Compliance, Resourcing and Administration.
The reason the position has come about is due to the longer-term goals of the owners who want to step away from the business within the next couple of years meaning they will need somebody to initially come in as a Senior Recruitment Manager with a view to taking over full responsibilities within the business.
This is a financially sound and established agency built up over the last ten years through ethical hard work, dedication, enthusiasm and investment in their staff.
The role will involve but is not exclusive to:
- Training and development
- Financials such as budgeting, forecasts, profit and loss, margins etc
- Creating, implementing business strategies
- Setting targets and KPI’s
- Overseeing compliance and quality
- Learning all aspects of the business
- Solve disputes, guide and support disciplinary procedures as required

You will be given all the support you need and you will have full autonomy to put your plans and ideas into practice.
The ideal candidate will have excellent people management skills, a very sound knowledge of the Education Recruitment sector, be a highly motivated person and be able to transfer that motivation to others around them.
There will be a transition period of training over the course of a 2 year period in which you would be taught all areas of the business with an eventual hand over where you will have full responsibility of running the business.
