Education Recruitment Manager – Cardiff
This is a position for an Education Recruitment Manager to join an established, teacher recruitment agency based in Cardiff Wales.
This role is open to current Managers within Recruitment or people who have worked at Team leader, Senior consultant level, and above as the successful applicant with be put onto a management training program.
The role will involve overseeing the Primary, Secondary, and SEND teams alongside running a desk yourself.
The office currently supplies to Primary Schools, Secondary Schools, and SEND across Cardiff and the surrounding areas. You will manage a small team alongside business development, you can either pass your business on or manage a larger desk yourself.
As the Branch Manager, you will receive managers commission alongside personal commission on your own desk up to 25%. This can be modified if you plan on handing over business that is given to your consultants.
This is a well-established agency with a good name and loyal candidates and clients.
This agency has several branches across the UK and overseas employing over 100 people.
As the branch manager, you will lead by example, offer guidance and support where needed, perform 121s, train and develop staff, get involved with budgeting, marketing strategies, interview teachers, go on school meetings and visits, and create a fun and engaging work atmosphere (no micro-managers please!)
The branch is in a good position however there is scope for improvement, the consultants are experienced yet would benefit from a strong driven leader coming on board.

As with any Education Recruitment agency, your days will be very busy during term time however you will enjoy reduced working hours during the school holidays.
