Education Recruitment Branch Manager – Halifax
This is a position for an Education Recruitment Branch Manager for an established Teacher recruitment agency.
The Branch Manager position would initially involve managing a team of 4 Consultants with a view to managing a further 4 Consultants in another team.
The role has come about due to the relocation of the previous manager which has opened up the position.
This would be working for a non-corporate agency, they don’t set sales calls targets or have high KPI’s, you will be treated and trusted like an adult to grow and develop your desk.
They generally supply candidates into long-term and permanent positions.

The basic salary is up to £45,000 + commission dependent on your level of recruitment experience (OTE up to £80k) plus branch bonus. There can also be room to negotiate a period of guarantees to cover any initial loss in the commission that you are currently receiving.

The role is open to current Recruitment Managers and also Senior Consultants that are ready for their next step up in the career. All applicants must have Education Recruitment experience.
Interviews will initially be over the phone, followed by face to face meeting(s) if the phone interview goes well.
