Education Recruitment Manager – Bristol

This is an opportunity that will lead to you part owning your own Recruitment branch and becoming a Director within a teacher supply agency.

Initially, the role will be starting up and establishing a branch with you being the branch manager. The office will be based in Bristol which you will help decide on. You will be involved with every aspect of the branch with you being the centerpiece the branch is built around.

This role offers up to £40,000 basic salary and either guaranteed commission or 30% of anything you bill during your first 6 months, then 20% for the following 6 months.

The role will lead to progressing to Director with a salary increase to 45,000 basic and percentage share of your Bristol branch.

This would be an ideal opportunity for an experienced recruiter looking for a step in or an existing branch manager wanting more autonomy, flexibility and earning potential.

The branch will initially be geared towards your own experience so would initially be either a verticle specialising in Primary, Secondary or SEND. Once you have hit agreed levels within your own verticle you can take on team leaders to run the other specialist divisions.

You will full support from the Regional Director who has been involved with helping establish several startups in the past.

This is a great opportunity for somebody that would like their own branch which offers something more rewarding financially and in terms of ownership.

You will have the freedom to set the tone of how your branch will operate, you can put in what KPI’s you feel would complement your management style. You will sit down with your Regional Director and regularly go through how the branch is developing and make any changes needed putting in targets and milestones that are realistic and fair.

The interview process would initially be with a consultant at Fox Search Ltd which if successful will lead to a phone conversation with a Director of the client.
