The position is for a Managing Director to work for a teachers recruitment and supply agency in London.

This salary for this position  £140,000 + growth shares

You will have several Senior Managers reporting into you from the various Sales Teams within the business and you will also oversee the Compliance, Marketing, I.T and Finance departments.

The ideal candidate will have a positive, forward-thinking & innovative deposition always seeking new ideas which can then be rolled out to your teams. You will act as the glue that binds all the departments together. You must without exception have Education Recruitment experience, this is a critical and essential requirement.

There will be a great emphasis on people management so it’s vital that you have managed other Managers before and have the skills, finesse and conviction to make decisive and sometimes tough decisions.

You will regularly feedback to the business owners who are currently running the business.

The two business owners want to step away from the business and hand over the running and day to day operations of the business to a new person successful in this role.

They want somebody to come in with fresh ideas which will be fully supported. There is a planned office move to larger premises you would be involved in. In addition, you would also help with further office openings in the future in new locations.

The business is turning over close to 10 million a year.

A gradual hand over will begin with the immediate appointment of a successful candidate.

In addition to the £140,000 basic salary, you will also receive growth profit share payments which will purely be down to how much the overall business has grown since you were appointed

The business is ideally located for great train and rail access.
