Education Recruitment – Business Director/ Owner – Manchester

This is an opportunity that will lead to you part owning your own Recruitment agency as a Company Director.

This will be achieved with the backing from a reputable financial investment group that specialises in recruitment start-ups.

The group currently has 40 established recruitment joint ventures and businesses within their group.

This is a rare opportunity to become involved in a joint venture without risk or any financial investment by yourself.

Your office, computers, phones system, database software, marketing material, job boards and all office equipment are provided by the investment group. You will not need to invest anything apart from your experience and knowledge.

The is a multi-million-pound turnover business with 40 joint ventures already in place. It plans to take that to 100 joint ventures by 2020/2021.

The recruitment vertical this opportunity is for is Education Recruitment, so all applicants must have Education Recruitment experience without exception.

You must have a proven track record of delivering results and have the drive and hunger that will be needed when starting up your own business and brand.

You will be set up as a company Director, be paid a salary and have equity and dividends.

Although you would fall under the Educational part of the business you will have the opportunity to have a standalone website tailored to your requirements and unique identity – this could be geared towards a specialism within Education Recruitment such as Primary, Secondary, SEND, Support Staff or even geographical so your business could be specific to an area you want to work in.

It can be a scary, confusing and bewildering thing to set up your own business that is why going into a joint venture with a company that has done this many times over will give you the confidence to take your career to the next level.

You will have hands-on support from the group’s CEO who has guided every one of the Education joint ventures within the business, drawing on their 20+ years  Education Recruitment experience.

You will also have the chance to talk to other joint venture business owners who would be more than happy to share their knowledge and experiences with you.

• Looking to open 100 join ventures by 2020 / 2021 already have 40
• Your joint venture geographical area is locked to your business
• You would be Managing Director of your business with 25% equity in it.
• Basic salary up to £50,000
• You will also be able to draw dividends
• Full control of your own P&L, hiring, hours of work, margins etc
• No upfront cost, everything supplied
• You would employ 2 to 3 people in the branch
• Realistic expectations.

Typically, the people that have come on board have been either Regional or Branch Managers, Senior consultants or top billers that have worked within an Education Recruitment agency and have deep down always wanted to do it for themselves.

The interview process would initially be with Sarah at Fox Search who is the Account Manager for this company and she has placed several people already who have started their joint ventures. Sarah will go through the ins and outs of the opportunity and answer any question you may have.

The second stage would be a phone chat and/or meeting with the company CEO who has personally been involved in every joint venture start-up and will be able to give you further insight about how their business model works.

If the second stage goes well you will be invited to do a business plan and meet the group CEO. From there if successful things can move pretty fast and you will be set up in no time!
