This is a position for an Education Recruitment Manager to join an established, teacher recruitment agency based in Birmingham

This role is open to current Managers within Education Recruitment.

The role will involve managing both Primary, Secondary and SEND teams.

As a none corporate agency you will immediately feel the difference, less pressure, a more relaxed working environment and the chance to engage with your schools and candidates how you want to rather than persistently calling them to hit call targets or having to make scripted sales calls.

The office currently supplies into Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and SEND settings across the West Midlands.

This is a well-established agency in Birmingham with a good name with loyal candidates and clients.

This agency has several branches across the UK along with branches in Canada, Australia and Ireland who regularly recruit for Teachers who they then send to the UK ensuring you have a healthy pipeline of overseas teachers.

The role will running your own desk, staff management, weekly KPI’s with your team, thinking of fun and creative incentives and initiatives to help the branch achieve targets and goals.

As with any Education Recruitment agency, your days will be very busy during term time however you will enjoy reduced working hours during the School holidays.

You will have a great deal of autonomy to run your branch allowing you to put your own stamp on it and also build a team around you.

There is a team of 6 consultants and a resourcer, compliance is done at branch level.

You will receive all the benefits of a corporate company with the added flexibility that an independent agency can offer.

The agency has a family feel to it, every year they take the whole company away from a long weekend abroad. Each week there are several incentive competitions and awards.
