Education Recruitment Account Manager/Resourcer – London

This is a position for an Education Recruitment Resourcer for an Education Recruitment agency in London

This role involves helping the Branch Manager run their desk so you will be speaking with existing user schools and helping to fill the position they give to you. Along with account management you will also help attract new Teachers to the business and be involved in the interview process.

You will attract Teachers by advertising on job boards and social media, visiting University open days where you have the chance to present to groups of Trainee Teachers and also by gaining recommendations by word of mouth and referrals.

This could be an ideal opportunity for somebody that has worked within recruitment and would like to step away from sales. People from any recruitment sector can apply as full training will be given.

This will be joining a friendly team working closely with the Branch Manager

All applicants must have previous recruitment or resourcing experience.
