We are recruiting for a Education Recruitment Consultant working for an established, none corporate diverse and friendly agency. Due to the nature of the role you must be able to speak and understand Welsh.
The role will be a full 360° with the support of a solid administration and compliance team behind you.
This is for an established company in the Cardiff area in a newly furnished office that is open plan and modern in design..
This role could suit somebody that is ambitious, dynamic and sales target driven.
The commission structure is very competitive and starts from the first £1 you bill.
Up to £5000 - £5%
£5000 - £10,000 10%
£10,000 - £15,000 12.5%
£15,000 - £20,000 15%
£20,000 - £25,000 17.5%
£25,000 - £30,000 20%
You MUST have experience in either Education Recruitment or Health/Social Care Recruitment to apply for this role.
You will be working in a relaxed working environment and be given the trust and freedom to run your desk with support and development freely given to you.
Your role will involve calling Schools and helping them fill their supply needs, you will also go on regular School, PRU's visits.
You will help advertise for, and interview new Teachers making sure that they are fully compliant and checked before placing them into an assignment.

Hours during term time are: 7.30am - 4.30pm standard
Hours of work during school holidays are: 9.00am - 4.00 pm
KPI's are down to individual consultants as you will plan your day and week according to your work load, if you have a shortage of Teachers then there would be no point making sales calls, common sense recruiting.
The interview process is two fold one interview with the Branch Manager and the other with the Area Manager.
The company is currently supplying into the Education sector covering Nursery, Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and Special Education Needs (SEN) Schools and PRU’s
