Social Housing/Social Care Recruitment Consultant Birmingham (central).

This is an opportunity for a Social Housing/Care Recruitment Consultant to join an established public sector recruitment company based in Central Birmingham.

This role involves supplying qualified candidates into local council and Primary Care trusts (PCTs) on temporary and long term contracts.

The desk is warm with user clients & candidates, the company is also on the Buying Solutions frame work

Commission starts at 10% for everything you bill which is on a sliding scale up to 30% with uncapped earning potential.

The role is 360° with an emphasis more biased towards business development and building lasting client relationships. This sector, like most public sector recruitment is very much candidate lead.

The office is large and opened planned in an accessible area of Birmingham.
