Social Care Recruitment Consultant/Business Development Executive.
This role is open to somebody with a background in Social care or Health Care Recruitment.
Salary will be dependant on previous experience from £20,000 - £23,000
You will be working for one of the UK’s most successful and well established companies that is now established as one of the top providers of Social Care staff to the public and private sector.
Based in the prestigious town centre of Nottingham your role will be to win and develop new business for the company.
You will be supported an experienced administration team that will allow you to go about winning and securing new business without getting caught up with administration duties.
This role would suit somebody that thrives on winning business and enjoys the sales aspect of Recruitment.
You will have open reign to supply both Temporary candidates and Permanent candidates for which you will attract an uncapped healthy commission amount. Your permanent placements attracting 10% payment on what you have billed.
Once you have established new business the filling of the bookings will be carried out by the admin team, this will also include CRB checks, reference request, advertising and all other compliance issues.
You hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm. You will enjoy 27 days holiday + all bank holidays.
After 6 months you will also be eligible for free private Health care, a pension scheme is also in place with a contribution rate of 6%.
As the role will require you to visit your clients you MUST drive and have access to a vehicle, mileage is paid at 40p per mile.
