Salary: £25,000 basic + commission

Social Care Recruitment Consultant providing Recruitment Services within the Public and Private sector to housing associations, local government, charities, care services and other registered social landlords.

Housing Support is a niche sector of Social Care and Housing Management recruitment to Local Authorities, RSL’s and Regisitered Charities.

The role is to provide candidates covering such areas as Support workers, Drug + Alcohol abuse, Social Care, Mental Care, Domiciliary Care, Rent recovery, Debt Management, Supported housing and Health Care into long/short term roles in the North West of England.

The role is purely Business development building, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.
All the compliance and candidate attraction is handled by a competent team back in the office.

The type of person we require must be sales driven, focused and self motivated ideally from the Health, Education or Social Care recruitment sectors other sector will be considered so long as you have a proven sales history.

The company has built an enviable reputation over almost 20 years for supplying quality candidates and they have grown partnerships that range from small local charities to some of the largest Local Authorities and RSL’s within the UK.
