Fox Search Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Education Recruitment Branch Manager to join an established and successful branch in Sheffield, this will be working for an education recruitment specialist company.
You will be working for an independent Teacher Recruitment agency that already has several profitable branches across the UK
Your role as branch Manager will involve business development, staff training and mentoring, budgets, forecast and projections and overall responsibility for your consultants.
This branch has also established itself as a leading Teacher recruitment agency in supplying SEN Teachers and support staff into School across Yorkshire, any experience within this area would be an additional advantage.
Your branch will be supply into Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and SEN Schools/PRU's with a particular emphasis on Long term and permanent placements, alongside the "day to day" supply.
Your branch will have a healthy budget for some excellent marketing material, an effective pay roll, compliance and back office support team which will allow you to register Teachers rapidly however whilst adhering to DfS and legal requirements.
Although a national Teacher recruitment agency the company has a family feel to it, everyone wants and does work as part of a team not individualists, ringing fencing of teachers or Schools is strictly not allowed business is conducted for the benefit of the branch, a special team bonus is also in place to encourage greater team work and stability.
You will work alongside your consultants in branch being on hand to help manage and train them, you will hold regular 1 2 1s, KPI setting and monitoring, business development, budget and fiscal forecasts, management meetings
Across the company each manager is instructed not to micro manage their consultants, the consultants instead are encouraged to run their desk with as much autonomy as possible your job as a manager is to support them to do this.
The commission structure is one of the most financially rewarding in the country starting at 10% on a upwards sliding scale up to 22%, earning potential is uncapped and with no threshold to hit you can earn commission from you very first placement.
