Job Description

We are recruiting for a Branch Manager to run a successful Education recruitment branch in running a small yet profitable team of 4 consultants in the city centre.

The salary for this position is between £35,000 - £50,000 basic, Plus Car allowance £48000 + car, commission & bonus.

Due to increased growth and the current manager is remotely running two other branches so the decision has been made to bring in a dedicated branch Manager for the branch.

The company has several offices across the UK and overseas with plans throughout the year to open more.

The team in branch consists of 4 recruitment consultants and a resourcer directly under your control and guidance. As Branch Manager you will ensure your team are targeted to achieve personal and branch budgets, support, develop and motivate your team to get the optimum potential out of each one of them.

You will be given a great deal of freedom to run your team and have support form the Directors who will help you plan forecasts, budgets, training and motivational techniques.

You will also benefit from ongoing management training and career development.

This role would ideally be suitable for somebody that is a currently a Senior Consultant or Branch Manager that has experience in man-management and strong sales. All applicant must have Teacher Recruitment experience.

Branch Manager meetings are kept to a minimum allowing you to focus on your branch, you will have regular visits from you Area Manager, not to micro manage you or your team but to offer practical, useful assistance and support.
