Salary: £35,000 £40,000 basic plus commission + bonus

Location: Cardiff Wales

We are recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Professional to join an established, growing company with a healthy portfolio of bushiness consisting of several vertical affiliates.

The role will involve establishing the Education recruitment division within Wales supplying Teachers and support staff into Primary, Secondary and Special Needs Schools across wales.

Due to recent mergers and by adopting cross business collaboration between the vertical in house businesses with in the group, contracts worth over £250,000 with local councils will need to be managed and developed.

This role requires the applicant to have education recruitment experience either as a Senior Consultant looking for the next step up or Branch Manager with knowledge of the Welsh Education market.

You will be given a great deal of freedom to run your team/branch and have support Directly from senior management who will help you plan forecasts, budgets, training and motivational techniques and look at productive and "common sense" strategies to develop business.

You will also benefit from ongoing management training and career development, all what you would expect from a corporate company.

Transparent commission and bonus are all performance related, your success will reflect in the team you build around you and will only be limited by you potential.

Branch Manager meetings are kept to a minimum allowing you to focus on your team and business development, you will have regular visits from your Area Manager.

You must be under no illusions this is a new education specific sector within Wales for the group and will require a tremendous level of hard work, commitment and passion.
