Fox Search are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Education recruitment Branch Manager to take the helm of a successful, profitable and very well established branch based near Watford.
We are expecting a huge amount of interest in this role as the branch is already established, you will immediately be drawing commission totaling in excess of £20,000 a year, and to help get you to and from work you’ll also have a top of the range Mercedes company car!
The role has come about because the previous Branch Manager has relocated and the commute would be impossible.
The branch is large, open plan and Easley accessible by road, rail and foot.
You will be directly responsible for 5 Education Recruitment Consultants and an administrator, you yourself will report to an Area Manager that is hands- on, approachable and has a wealth of knowledge and business acumen and experience.
The branch has a large geographical area for you to supply into. Your targets clients are Secondary, Primary and Special Needs Schools across the South of England.
You be kept very busy in your role, amongst other things will engage in: staff development, business development, responsibility for budgets and P&L, performance management, overseeing compliance, regular staff appraisals, accompanied School visits, implementing motivational incentives for your staff (a healthy budget is available for monetary rewards).
Somebody is really going to land on their feet when they are offered this position, what we are looking for is somebody with recruitment management experience and a proven track record, ideally Education, Health Care or some other public sector related recruitment experience.
The branch is doing exceptionally well, ahead of budget, a 100% pass mark in a recent compliance audit and commands a very healthy share of the market with a reputation for quality and trustworthiness.
As a manager you will be required to attend a management training program that every manager must complete regardless of experience. You will receive continual training and development throughout your career gaining industry recognised qualifications along the way. £45,000 - £50,000 basic + commission + Mercedes company car
£20,000 in commission a year based on current branch performance
