Healthcare recruitment consultant required for an independent and rapidly growing agency based in Nottingham.

The role involves supplying Nurses, Qualified Social Care workers, residential care workers and Social housing offices and care workers.

This agency has gained PSL status with the Nottingham county council and several Private sector companies giving the successful applicant an excellent foundation from which to work from.

This is a full 360° role so you will advertise for, vet and clear you candidate, business development and cold calls to new and existing clients, client visits, negotiating pay and charge rates and keeping a well organised desk.

The opportunity has come about due to increased growth and impending new branches opening up across several locations across the UK.

There is a warm desk to take over so the chance to earn commission presents itself immediately.

For this role you must have recruitment experience ideally within Healthcare, Social care or Education however we will consider strong billers from other sectors.

This agency adopts a refreshing approach to recruitment by giving their consultants the freedom, support and autonomy to run their desk as if it were their own business.

KPI’s are realistic and not overbearing and consultants are treated like the adults they are and afford the trust and responsibility to develop their desk and career.

Providing a quality service that extends to both clients and candidates is key to this role, the agency undergoes its own internal audits and those demanded from the REC which they are a corporate member of always attaining a high quality mark.

Working hours are 8.00 – 5.30 Monday to Friday obviously because this is a recruiters role there may be occasion were you may have to work a little later however you won’t be expected to stay beyond your contractual hours , a healthy work/home balance is encouraged from Director downwards
