Education Recruitment Fast Track to Branch Manager Nottingham

Job Description

We are recruiting for an assistant Branch Manager to develop and maintain an established team and branch for an Education Recruitment company. The branch is based in Nottingham and staffed with 3 Recruitment Consultants and 1 administrator and very well established.
 
The reason the role has come about is due to the previous Manager leaving on good terms to pursue a new career outside of recruitment.
 
You will be placed on a fast track management program which should see you promoted within your first year to Manager with a pay-rise of an additional £4000.
 
This role would suite either an existing Manager looking for a greater challenge or a Senior Consultant looking for the next career step upwards.
 
You will run a small desk yourself either Primary or Secondary which you will earn commission on, override will also be earned on the GP generated by the branch overall and bonus will also be paid on hitting realistic targets.
 
You main focus will be staff development and training, motivating your team and generating an ethos of friendly competitiveness within your team. The company has a very strong brand and image giving you a distinct edge over your competitors.
 
As an Assistant Manager you will hold regular meetings and appraisal with you staff track their development and go on regular School visits to secure new business. A weekly leader board is published each week which isn’t just based on GP generated this allows everybody a chance to be recognized by their peers.
 
You will have flexibility running your team in terms of pay and charge rates to client and Teachers, motivational rewards (vouchers, days off work etc), shift working patterns and anything else you feel will generate business and a team spirit. The company attitude is “if something doesn't work fine try something else until it does”.
 
You will have direct support from your hands on Area Manager Senior Area Manager who both have a wealth of experience within Education Recruitment that you can draw on.
 
We are looking for somebody that is keen to develop their career; you will be placed on a Management training program which will also reward you with industry recognized qualifications.

      •   Supplying into Primary, Secondary, SEN and the F.E Schools and establishments
      •   Staff development , training and motivation
      •   Budget, forecasts and full P&L responsibility
      •   Warm desk and established team to take over
      •   Hold regular staff appraisals/performance management
      •   Completing key modules in your management training
      •   Compiling forecast, budgets and P&Ls
      •   Drive your team forward to achieve KPI’s
      •   Setting up and negotiating SLA's with user Schools
