We are recruiting for a Branch Manager to develop and grow an established team and branch for an Education Recruitment company. The branch is based in Sunderland and staffed with 4 Recruitment Consultants and 1 administrator.
The branch is doing very well and has shown year on year growth and productivity.
You will run a small desk yourself which you will earn commission on, override will also be earned on the GP generated by the branch overall. You main focus will be staff development and training, motivating your team and generating an ethos of friendly competitiveness within your team.
As a Manager you will hold regular meetings and appraisal with you staff, track their development and go on regular School visits to secure new business and business development. A weekly leader board is published each week it is not based purely on GP generated which allows everybody a chance to be recognized by their peers.
You will have direct support from your hands on Area Manager who has a wealth of experience within Education Recruitment that you can draw on.
We are looking for somebody that is keen to develop their career; you will be placed on a Management training program which will also reward you with industry recognized qualifications.

£45,000 - £50,000 basic + commission + £4000 car allowance or (Mercedes)
27 paid days holiday plus BH and day of on your birthday
8.00am - 5.00pm - 9.00am-6.00pm term time
Reduced hours during School holiday 10.00am - 15.00pm School holidays
