We are recruiting for several Healthcare Recruitment consultants to work for a specialist Doctors recruitment agency based in Buckinghamshire running Perms desk supplying specialist Doctors across the UK

The Specialist Doctors are at "Consultant" level on salaries from £60,000 to £100,000+ and cover areas such as Psychiatry, Acute Medicine, Surgery and A+E.

The company is secured on the next round of NHS buying solutions tenders which now has a separate "Permanent Placement" section to tender for.

The desk is 360° so both client and candidate focused

The agency has grown is size each year over the last 8 years & has established an impeccable reputation and is a trusted supplier to the NHS and private sector.

The commission structure starts at 15% with no threshold up to 20% so commission can be earned from your very first placement.

We are looking to attract top billers within Recruitment who are hungry for financial reward and success. With this in mind there is flexibility on the basic salary offered here for the right candidate.
