An excellent opportunity for a branch Manager to join a very successful Education Recruitment Branch generating in excess of £2 million in GP a year.
You will develop and grow an established team and branch for a company that is multi-disciplined, FTSE 100, stable, corporate and very successful.
Your role involves managing a team of several consultants and support staff supplying Teachers into Primary, Secondary and SEN Schools across Yorkshire on temporary and permanent assignments.
The branch is doing very well and is the top performing branch outside London within the company.
You will take over an establishment desk yourself which you will earn commission on from day 1, override will also be earned on the GP generated by the branch. This will make the successful applicant a great deal in commission alone.
As branch Manager you will hold regular meeting with you staff , track their development and go on regular School visits to secure new business and business development.
You will also be placed on a Managers training program and be given a detailed and in-depth career development path to follow
You will have direct support from your hands on Area Manager with a wealth of experience within Education Recruitment.
The branch has constantly surpassed all budget forecasts and is already well under way to hitting budget this quarter.

Supplying into Primary, Secondary, SEN and the F.E sector
Taking over a very warm branch and desk
Full training and development plan from day 1
£45,000 - £50,000 basic + commission + £4000 car allowance
30 paid days holiday plus BH and day of on your birthday
7.00am - 16.00pm 8.00am - 5.00pm - 9.00am-6.00pm term time 10.00am - 15.00pm School holidays
