An excellent opportunity for a business development Manager to develop and grow an established team and branch for a company that is multi-disciplined.

Your role involves managing a team of two consultants(with a budget for an extra two consultants) and one resourcer supplying Teachers and support staff to Primary, Secondary and SEN schools.

The branch is doing reasonably well however it needs development and attention to gain a greater share of the market.

Commission starts at 10% for everything and an override on your branch.

As a manager you will hold regular meeting with you staff and track their development and go on regular schools visits to secure new business.

This role will suite somebody that thrives from the buzz of winning business and developing a strong team around them.

You will have direct support from your area manager who approachable and hands on.
