Your basic will be £31,000- £34,00 basic + uncapped commission. and car.
As Branch Manager You will be joining a well established Education Recruitment agency that has within the last year launched a Health Care Recruitment division in April 2010 which is now producing over 2000 hours a week.
Since forming the Health Care Division they have already secured PASA status and taken on several highly experienced team members which has seen them win key account in key areas.
Commission is very generous and uncapped with no threshold. The area Manager also helps out on key accounts and any business generated will be transferred to your branch.
The opportunity to claim a stake in equity is also available as too is a Regional Managers role once the branch is producing an agreed amount of hours.
Compliance is already in place and the Birmingham branch is producing between 500 - 650 hours a week with two consultants.

The ideal candidate will have experience with PASA and the private sector with a good understanding of the 360° roll of recruitment, we would also like applicants to have worked at a Health care recruitment agency in the past.
