You will motivate, train and develop your consultants in order to gain a larger market share within the Health Care Sector.
You will report directly to the area opperation manager and will have the support of one of the largest Health Care Recruitment agencies in the UK.
You will set and monitor KPI's for your consultants in Branch, attend visits wih your consultants and help generate new business growth both within the NHS and the private sector.
