Two roles are on offer to choose from. One as a Secondary Education Recruitment Consultant and the other as a Primary Education Recruitment Consultant, supplying Teachers, support staff into Secondary and Primary schools across Nottinghamshire.
You will be joining a company that is successful, stable and owned independently. (none-corporate)
You MUST have experience in Education Recruitment to apply for this role.
You will be working in a relaxed working environment with freedom to run your desk with all the tools needed to be help you to be successful.
Your role is 360° which will include, interviewing Teachers,·calling schools and helping them fill their supply needs. You will also go on regular school visits to existing and new schools.
You will be working for an independent, professional company that has gained the REC and DfCFS award for quality.
Your commission will be based on against your total GP produced and is uncapped and starts at 10%

Hours during term time are: 3 days 7.30am-6.00pm
1 day 9.00am - 6.00pm

As the office is based outside of the city centre you will miss the rush hour traffic and have a free car parking spot which is also a great benefit for Teachers coming in to register.
You will be working for a totally independent company where your fresh ideas can be implemented if you think they will work. Staff turn over is low as everyone is made to feel part of the team and company.
KPI's are realistic and fair which you will actually set your self. We are looking for consultants that know how to bill so there will be no need for anyone Micro manage you and count every call you make.
