This is a new office in Newcastle supporting both Health Care and Education Recruitment sectors.
Although established in other parts of the country this will be the flagship branch for the North East.
Your basic will be £28,000- £32.00 basic + car allowance + uncapped commission.
You will be joining a well established Education Recruitment agency that has within the last year launched a Health Care Recruitment division through out the company.
Since forming the Health Care Division early in 2010 then have already secured PASA status and taken on several highly experienced team members which has seen them win key accounts in key areas.
The business has grown form 0 hours to over 2000 and growing.
Commission is very generous and uncapped with no threshold. Any billing your Area Manager does is also transferred to your desk to earn commission on.
You will be supported by your Area Manager both of whom know the importance of supporting their consultants and staff.
Your role will be one as a billing Manager securing business in the North east by supplying, nurse, care workers, support staff and Domiciliary staff into both the NHS and private sectors.
As a Branch Manager you will also be on hand to develop and support your staff however not in a micro managed way, you must give your consultants the freedom to run their own desks.
We ask that all applicants have Health Care Recruitment experience.
You will be supplying qualified and unqualified nurses, support staff, domiciliary staff and if you have experience in other areas of Health Care you can also supply into that area.

The ideal candidate will have experience with PASA and the private sector with a good understanding of the 360° roll of recruitment, we would also like applicants to have worked at a Health Care recruitment agency in the past as a Branch Manager.
