Newcastle-Primary Education recruitment consultant

A great opportunity to working for an established, independent Education recruitment specialist.

The role will be a full 360° with a solid administration and compliance team behind you.

You will be joining a company that is successful, stable and has many new and existing Teachers and clients.

You MUST have experience in either Education Recruitment or Health/Social Care Recruitment to apply for this role.

A decision was taken to introduce a "fair" pricing policy without sacrificing quality or consultants commission, which is paying off.

You will be working in a relaxed working environment and be given the trust and freedom to run your desk with support and development freely given to you.

Your role will involve calling schools and helping them fill their supply needs, you will also go on regular school visits to existing and new schools.

You will help advertise for, and interview new Primary Teachers making sure that they are fully compliant and checked before placing them into an assignment.

This is a warm desk for a Primary Consultant. The reason it has come about is because the current resourcer was promoted to consultant however with all the best will in the world it's not a role that suits them.

You will be working for an independent, professional company that has gained both the REC and DCSF awards for quality.

Your commission will be based on against your total GP produced and is uncapped and starts at 10%

      The company is based just on the outskirts of Newcastle so you would have to be able to drive and have your own transport.

      The interview process is two fold one interview with the Branch Manager and the other with the Area Manager.

      The company is currently supplying into the Education sector covering Nursery, Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and Special Education Needs (SEN) Schools and PRU’s
