Education Recruitment Consultant Manchester-Primary Desk-£23,000 - £26,000 Basic plus commission + bonus
A fantastic opportunity to work for an independent Education Recruitment agency based out the outskirts of Manchester.
The company are looking to expand in it's established branch in Manchester due to rapid company growth in recent years and new schools won in key areas.
This agency invests in it's staff and it's unlike any other company you will have worked for before, the team is is friendly, helpful and down to earth from the Directors downwards.
Your new role will be as a Primary Consultant supplying Teachers, support staff including SEN into Primary schools across Manchester and the surrounding LEA's.
Due to the rapid growth you will have a desk that is warm with some key accounts for you to develop and maintain.
You MUST have experience in Education Recruitment as your desk will be warm so therefore you must be able to hit the floor running.
You will have full control over your desk, the Branch Manager is on hand to help and develop you not micro manage you.
Your role will involve calling schools and helping them fill their supply needs, you will also go on regular school visits to existing and new schools.
You will help advertise for, and interview Teachers making sure that they are fully compliant and checked before placing them into an assignment.
You will be working for a professional company that has gained the REC award and the DCFS certification.
Compliance is straight forward and recent investment means you will be using a state of the art computer system.
Your commission will be based on the total number of days you produce, a day is classed a teacher completing one days work, all commission is uncapped and starts at 10% +
Incentives are also offered at branch level such as extra days holiday, vouchers and cash bonuses

Hours term time of work are very flexible:
7.30am - 6.00pm standard hours
1 day in the week 9.00am - 6.00pm
1 day in the week 7.30am - 4.30pm
Hours of work during none term time:
9.00am - 5.00 pm
8.00am - 4.00 pm
The agency has a flexible approach to working hours and can work around individuals who may have commitments at certain times in the week.
As the office is based outside of the city centre you will miss the rush hour traffic and have a free car parking spot which is also a great benefit for Teachers coming in to register.
KPI's are not in place, you set your own. This may sound strange but good consultants don't work up to their KPI's then stop, you are given the trust.
