This agency is a relatively new one in Manchester however they have gained huge amounts of loyal user schools and teachers over the last 3 years making it one of the most profitable branches in the company.
The branch Manager has over ten years education recruitment experience, they joined the company after becoming disillusioned with their previous company, constant changes to the commission, increased KPI’s and lack any tangible career development and promotional opportunities.

This role will appeal to somebody that feels that they want a new change, to work for a company that will value them, have a clear, uncomplicated set commission structure and will give them autonomy to run a desk without unnecessary KPI’s or targets.
The commission structure is very clear and transparent, you will earn from the first £1 billed with no threshold to hit first. When you place a teacher out for 1 days work you will earn commission on that amount, commission is also paid weekly, no threshold to hit and starts at 6% going up on a sliding scale to 10%, once each % scale has be hit you receive the next level above commission% on the entire amount.
Holidays are very generous at 35 days plus all bank holidays, you will also have reduced hours of work during the school holidays.
The basic starts from £26000 - £29,000 however there is room to negotiate so long as you can demonstrate that you have a proven track record, pay reviews are also carried out every 6 months the last consultant to have a pay review gained a £6000 increase in their basic salary.
The role will involve supplying Teachers and support staff to Schools across the North west, there are available warm desks covering Secondary, Primary, SEN and T.A’s and a new desk cover supervisors.
Each consultant is supported by the BM and administrator, full compliance to the new changes with the AWR insure schools are correctly informed on how the changes affect them and in turn what that implies to each candidate put forward into work.
Having spoken in great detail and depth with the Branch Manager it really does sound that they are doing things differently, they are offering a great commission structure, consultants in branch feel valued, no unrealistic KPI’s or targets consultant work to their own targets and offering a fair, merit based promotional path.
