We are recruiting for an experienced Education Recruitment branch Manager to join an established company supplying Teachers and support staff to School's across Leicester, Coventry and Birmingham.

The main focus of this role will primarily be staff & business development and enhancement. We are recruiting for a strong Manager with some get - up - go about them!

You will set consultant KPI's and follow up on regular 1 to 1s whilst carrying out business development.

You will be given a great deal of freedom to run your team and have access to a healthy budget to use for any staff motivational activities and rewards you may wish to adopt.

The commission structure is one of the best, simplest and rewarding which is 10% on everything billed.

As Branch Manager you will sit down with the MD on a regular basis and go through planned forecasts, budgets, training and development, where changes can be made if required.

Your team has a mixture of consultants with differing levels of experience and as such your should be aware of the strengths and weaknesses of each team member.

You have access to free parking on site and the branch is in close proximity to the Motor way.

This role would be ideal for somebody that is currently a Senior or Manager with experience of man management and business development

The branch also have a very strong SEN amount of business which ahs vast amounts of potential.

Due to the nature of the role you must have Recruitment experience, management experience and a sound knowledge of the Education sector.
