The state of the economy has had an effect on many Teacher Recruitment agencies across the UK, changes to the Agency Workers Regulation (AWR) has meant that agencies now have new legal obligations which they must fulfil in order to supply Teachers and support staff to Schools.
As a forward thinking, award winning independent Teacher Recruitment agency they have taken steps to insure that (A) consultants have fair, achievable targets and KPI’s, and an attractive commission structure (B) that they are fully prepared, and have in fact embarrassed the changes to the AWR.
This role would ideally suit an education recruiter that may have experienced recent unfair changes to commission, working hours KPI targets or a strong recruiter from another sector that has shown consistent business development and a steady career history (applicants with a new job every 3 months is not what we are looking for!)
Working for this company will feel like a breath of fresh air to most, it’s not all work, work, work! A healthy work / home balance is fully encouraged and adopted by the company from Director Level downwards.
Good luck with your application and thank you for taking the time to read this job description.
