We are recruiting for an experienced, successful Health Care Recruitment Consultant to join an established none corporate agency based in Hastings.

The role involves supplying permanent candidates into the Healthcare sector both NHS through the "Buying Solutions Framework" and also the Private sector.

Your candidates will be Nurses, Doctors, Care Managers, project Managers, PCT Managers

You will be working for a Healthcare recruiter that has been established for over a decade and provides recruitment solutions across several sectors in the UK.

There is room for progression through to management should you desire or if you prefer just be a high billing consultant.

You will be working within a modern building within a small, friendly team in an open plan office.

This role would ideally suit somebody that can demonstrate they have shown business development in their previous roles and a sound knowledge of the Healthcare sector.

The role is very commission orientated some of the top billers for the company taking homes in excess of £150,000 per year.

The commission structure is below. The figures are what you bill in a year. Once you hit a threshold everything after that threshold will be at the higher % Bill up to £10.000 5% on everythinghit £75,000 in the year 15%Hit 90.000 in the year 20%110,000 in the year 25%We are especially interested in consultants that have experience in Dementure, occupational health, Mental Health.

Skills

• Experienced of the Health care Recruitment sector

• Evidence of delivering results

• Knowledge of the Health Care market, in the UK and/or abroad.

• Experience of temporary or permanent recruitment
