Q When I send you my CV will it be all over the web?A No we only send it to clients you are happy with and your details are removed. Q How long will it take to find me a job?A We aim to have your CV with as many suitable clients as possible within 24 hours. As we are a specialist agency we know whats going on in the industry and who's looking. Q I have a couple of years experience if another sector can I still register?A No, we only register consultants with either Education, Health or Social Care experience Q Last time I was with a rec2rec they told my boss I was working for at the time, how do I know you wont do the same?A We are professional, all information given to us is handled discreetly, your privacy is the most important thing to us.  Q Can I just register as I'm not really looking for a job right now then if anything comes up you can contact me?A Certainly that's how we tend to work, the more time we have to find the ideal role for you the better. Q I'm still working full time how will I know about what jobs you have?A We can send you a quick text or email and you can then give us a call after work or on one of your breaks.  Q Why don't I just put my CV on all the job boards?A You lose contol over who will see your CV especially if you are still working, other rec2rec's may pick up your CV and send it out without you knowing, we can have a look at your CV before it goes anywhere and 9 times out of ten we will be able to enhance it for you. Q Who will negotiate my salary?A We will make potential employers aware of what you are looking for Q What will happen once I send in my CV?A We will email you back asking for a suitable time to call you. When we do call you please allow for at least half an hour to discuss your CV and what roles you will be looking for next Q What information will you need from me?A Our style cuts through the waffle what potential employers like to see is what you have achieved. What we would like you to have at hand is, your KPI's, how much Gross margin you was/are making per week, areas that you supplied into, your duties, any outstanding achievements, how many teacher days or Hours you was/are producing a week. Q I have a friend that is also looking for a new role I'm happy myself can you help them?A Yes we can you may also get a refer a friend fee! Q Why do you only supply to the Education recruitment, Health care recruitment and Social Care recruitment sectors?A We like to offer a focused service to consultants and agencies by being a specialist we get to know the industries inside out.
