The role will be a full 360° with the support of a solid administration and compliance team behind you.
You will be joining a company has had a foothold in the Education recruitment sector for over ten years with offices throughout the UK and abroad.
The company is going through a restructure after some recent heavy investment to freshen and re-establish the company brand.
Although a large international company they are adopting a "boutique style" agency approach in branch so a relaxed, none micro managed and consultant friendly ethos will exist through the company.
The company is investing heavily into the Special Needs sectors and as such you will have unlimited resources, supporting and personal investment.
You MUST have experience in either Education Recruitment or Health/Social Care Recruitment to apply for this role.
The economic climate hast changed over the last few year and as such schools budgets have been slashed, you must be sensitive to the need to supply the highest quality Teachers to work in-line with school budgets.
A decision was taken to introduce a "fair" pricing policy without sacrificing quality or consultants commission, which is paying off.
You will be working in a relaxed working environment and be given the trust and freedom to run your desk with support and development freely given to you.
Your role will involve calling schools and helping them fill their supply needs, you will also go on regular school, PRU's, Prison, collages and SEN schools.
You will be the Special Educational Needs Recruitment consultant in branch so must work closely with your colleagues as they will undoubtedly have positions with their client due SEN being a growing sector.
You will help advertise for, and interview new Teachers making sure that they are fully compliant and checked before placing them into an assignment.
You will be working for an independent, professional company that has gained the REC and DCFS award for quality.
Your commission will be based on against your total GP produced and is uncapped and starts at 12%

Hours during term time are: 7.30am - 5.45pm standard
Hours of work during school holidays are: 9.00am - 4.00 pm

The interview process is two fold one interview with the Branch Manager and the other with the Area Manager.
