Education Recruitment is one of the most stressful but challenging sectors.

The role of an Education Recruitment Company is to supply Schools, Nurseries and Colleges with Teachers and Support staff.

Secondary Recruitment Consultant – They will Supply Teachers and support staff to Secondary schools which will generally be specific to a subject such as Math’s or English

Primary Recruitment Consultant  - They will supply Primary schools with Teachers that will be specific to Key stages which is set against the age of a child.

Special Educational Needs Consultant (SEN) Consultant – They will supply Teachers and support staff that have the right skills and qualification to teach pupils with special educational needs and learning difficulties.

F.E Consultant – They will supply Lecturers into higher educational establishments such as colleges and universities.

            • Eduacation recruitment is very different from other types of recruitment as you have to work along side the School timetable so this can be very presurised during term time however you will have time to relax during school holidays as you will be on reduced hours.
