Education Recruitment Consultant Nottinghamshire-Secondary Desk-£22,000 - £24,000 Basic plus commission + bonus

Recruitment agency based out the outskirts of Nottingham.
Your new role will be as a Secondary Recruitment Consultant supplying Teachers, support staff into Secondary schools across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
Due to rapid growth you will inherit part of a Secondary desk as the Branch Manager is currently running the desk but it has grown to large for him to manage on his own.
You MUST have experience in either Education Recruitment, Health/Social Care Recruitment as your desk will be warm so therefore you must be able to hit the ground running.
As the desk is warm you will attract commission for the first day you start work. What we are not looking for is an account manager but somebody that can grow the business given to them and establish new business.
You will be working in a relaxed working environment and be given the trust and freedom to run your desk with support on tap.
Your role will involve calling schools and helping them fill their supply needs, you will also go on regular school visits to existing and new schools.
You will help advertise for, and interview new Teachers making sure that they are fully compliant and checked before placing them into an assignment.
You will be working for an independent, professional company that has gained the REC award and the DCFS certification.
Compliance is straight forward and you will have assistance from a experienced resourcer.
Your commission will be based on against your total GP produced and is uncapped and starts at 10%

Hours during term time are:
7.30am - 6.00pm standard
Hours of work during school holidays are:
9.00am - 4.00 pm
You won't be expected to work beyond the stated hours like many companies expect you to do so, this company understands there needs to be a happy balance between work and personal time.
As the office is based outside of the city centre you will miss the rush hour traffic and have a free car parking spot which is also a great benefit for Teachers coming in to register.
KPI's are realistic and fairly based, no KPI's in in existence for the number of calls made in a day.
The team is 6 strong and you will be in serviced offices.
The interview process is two fold. One interview with the Director, the other with the Branch Manager.
