Salary: £35,000 - £40,00 Basic + car allowance £3,400+ COM

This is an excellent opportunity for a Branch Manager to develop and grow a NEW Education Recruitment branch located in Cambridgeshire for an agency that has been established for over 11 years within Education Recruitment.

Your role involves managing several recruitment consultants to gain an increased market share in Cambridgeshire and the surrounding areas. Currently the area of Cambridgeshire is covered by another branch so Teachers and Clients will be transferred to your branch when you start.

As a Manager it will be your responsibility to develop your team, business develop for the branch and ensure you branch and your team hit targets (which are realistic).

This role will suit somebody that has a proven track record within Recruitment Management along with successful business development skills.

The interview process is two fold one interview with the Area Manager and the other with the Director.
