Branch Manager for a leading, rapidly growing independent company. We are Recruiting for proven, talented top billing Health Care Recruitment Manager to join a fresh, vibrant and rapidly growing company based in London. It's important to know this is a role supplying perms and Locum Doctors, Physicists, Pathologists, Bio - Medical, General Medicine, Dermatologists, Radiologists, and Nurses to Hospitals, NHS trusts and the private sector. The role will involve applying the immigration policies of at least 25 different countries on top of the recruitment preferences Hospitals in the UK and abroad. This role will suite a top biller with Health Care Recruitment experience, commission scales are immense on average the 50 strong team each earn £3000 a month in commission with the top earners clearing £15,000 a month. The company is in a fortunate position as their growth rates are fantastic making in excess of 50 million last financial year and set to triple that by the end of this FY. Due to explosive growth they are now looking for a Manager to spear-head a new project which will see the fortunate Manager having responsibility for a planned 25 Consultants. Having thoroughly researched the new sector that the company is going into realistic forecasts predict your Consultants earning in excess of £3000 a month in commission, of which you will earn an override on. Normal office hours are 8.00am - 6.00pm.
