We are looking to recruit an accomplished, seasoned Education Recruitment Consultant to be employed by a specialist recruitment agency.

    • The Role

      •  
      • Two roles exist one starting in the new academic year in September 2011 and one with immediate effect.
      •  
      • As a Primary Recruitment Consultant you will be designated a geographical area to work within and a database populated with cleared Teachers and target Schools.
      •  
      • Typically within a normal working week you will advertise vacancies, interview Teachers, make calls to new and existing Schools, arrange and go on Schools visits, place Teachers and support staff into both day to day and long term positions.

      • Creativity is encouraged when dealing with Schools which helps you stand out from the competition. At times such as Easter, Christmas, Halloween, end of terms etc the branch is given a healthily budget so you can create unique gifts for your client and potential client Schools.

      • You will work closely with the branch resourcer as your time is best served though business development rather than chasing CRB’s, timesheets and references.
