Fox Search is run by two very passionate people in Aaron McCluskey and Sarah McCluskey.

After several years working for other agencies covering the Education, Industrial and Construction sectors Aaron & Sarah established Fox Search Ltd. As a niche Recruitment to Recruitment (Rec2Rec) agency we specialise in Education recruitment, Healthcare and Social Care recruitment.

Fox Search has been established since April 2009 and has enjoyed year on year growth and dominance within the Rec2Rec sector. We are very proud to have represented some of the finest public sector recruiters in the market and gained PSL status with almost every public sector recruiter in the UK
